Refund Policy
Last updated: 2026-06-12 · Operated by Able Varghese, operating as SolveRight, 973-2967 Dundas St W, Toronto, ON M6P 1Z2, Canada.
We want you to be confident trying SolveRight. This policy explains our money-back guarantee, EU withdrawal rights, and how cancellations and refunds work.
1. 14-day money-back guarantee (first subscription)
We offer a 14-day, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee on your first paid subscription. If you're not satisfied, email [email protected] within 14 days of your initial purchase for a full refund. This applies once, to your first paid subscription only.
2. After the guarantee window
After 14 days, payments are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals; cancelling stops the next charge but does not refund the current billing period.
3. EU/EEA right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract. Because SolveRight is digital content supplied immediately, at checkout we ask you to expressly request that we begin providing the service right away and to acknowledge that, by doing so, you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once the service has been provided. We record this consent. Our voluntary money-back guarantee above is more generous than the statutory minimum and still applies to your first subscription.
4. Partial refunds are goodwill only
Any partial refund is a discretionary act of goodwill, decided case-by-case. It creates no entitlement or precedent and does not change your other rights under these terms.
5. How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Stripe, typically within 5–14 business days depending on your bank. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us before filing a dispute so we can resolve it quickly.
